Thanks for looking - I love my cats on the same level as my dogs - they're all my fluffy kids.  And to be honest, the cat forum people aren't nearly as lovely as the Aussie Bulldog forum people...

We have a great old painting of a bulldog and a cat. It must be 50 years old. Will try and scan it, or take a photo of it.

HA HA HA!  No-one seems to get bitchy around here though...

great pics of your cats merrisa ,if we were cat peaple we would take one in a second but the dogs would prob eat the kitten .but they are nice looking cats a credit to you .

Thanks guys.  People always ask me whether I'm a cat or a dog person - I'm definitely both and couldn't imagine life without either species...  

Burmese are just tiny Bulldogs anyway - super loving and affectionate, very smart but often stubborn, extremely food orientated, and are always trying to climb into your lap - the only difference is the Burmese actually fit!...  

This is the painting I have of an old style bulldog which I picked up at a market in Mandurah WA.Thought it would be nice to have in my collection .
Not sure how old it is, but I would say it would have alot of age on it and it has been personally signed on the bottom.
