Hey folks, just thought I would share my pride and say that in just over a couple of weeks, Ben is heading off to Portugal to swim for Australia in the 4th World Downsyndrome swimming championships.This will be Bens second Worlds ( Last one was in Ireland 2006) and World invitational in Taiwan last year.Both me and Sal are going and we will keep an eye out for any bulldogs when were away.Worst thing is I wont see my Gracie for 3 weeks, but she'll be in good hands staying home with Rachel.

If anyone would like to send a hero gram to the team or to Ben that would be great, but they must be in by the 21st November.Thanks folks
