Nice to see an update pic of Ruby.
She is growing into a good lump of a pup.
Her head development will increase as she gets older, because King has Bullmastiff behind him, the pups from BM background are slower developers. Over 12 months of age before they start changing.

she is almost as tall as Rosie already. We think she is going to be taller and heavier than her mum. To be honest we had wondered about the head shape.....

She has the right shape, it just has to develop.
There is plenty of depth and width in her muzzle, and she is developing a stop, which is the dent between the eyes, and her head is strong. It just looks longer at this stage because she is a bigger girl and has that BM influence.
There will always be variation in looks with Aussie bulldogs, the same as there is variation in every other breed.
