This is part of our front yard ,where the dogs go romping around morning and afternoon.
There is a nice little dam off to the left of this photo, bit hard to see.

You certainly have a piece of heaven in your own back & front yard,.
What a life you have to offer your family , me & my family just might one day pop in & not go home (if thats ok with you )LOL

Hi Racquel.
We had been studying the real estate market for around 2 years.
Done a 2 week holiday in Tasmania to look at places, and on our fortnight trip down to the great ocean road and back, we were checking out areas and prices and finally decided it will still be QLD for us.
Seen some brilliant places in Victoria and Tassie, but all the best locations were far to expensive, or just nothing available.
After spending a couple of days at Julies little piece of luxury at "Yanco", we more or less came home and put our house and 80 acres on the market and down sized to 20 acres, but upmarketted unbelievably on the location and Home. It is the best move we made in 20 years.
Currumbin Hills, as in the Gold coast Currumbin sanctuary.
I like the Coomera area, right amongst everything and still a very country atmosphere.
Docida live at Ormeau on about 40 acres, in almost Gold Coast hinterland.
Amazing area for a relaxed scenic livestyle, and only 10 minutes from the M 1.
Only movie stars and Millionaires live there. Hey Frank.
Paul cox used to back onto a lake at Tallangatta, sending me various pics, as the lake rose and fell in water depth.
I must admit a few years ago, the photos made me a bit envious.
Had to address that.
