This is a photo of the Isis River that our 20 acre block  backs onto .
This photo was taken after heavy rain back in June this year .
It was flowing over the weir which is 2kms down from here .
We are on the fresh water side .

This photo below is of the river bank that is at the back of the house yard.
It's about 40 feet down to the water from the top of the bank , with steps all the way .This is actually part of our yard.
The original owner put in heaps of plants that now make it look like a small rain forest. There are so many different variety's of ferns , palms , gum trees and orchids ,staghorns, bunya pines, hoop pines and carrie pines, black bean, fig trees and heaps of others. It's a very pleasent spot to be .Aproximately 1 km of native type gardens.

Hello Tammy.
It feels like we are in the middle of nowhere.
6000 acres of bush across the road, 400 acres of council land beside us and a river behind us, with our closest neighbour 500 metres away.
We had to move here because a particular comment keeps echoing in my mind, and it was something I heard when we lived in WA.

IT'S NOT THAT LIFE IS TOO SHORT, I'TS JUST THAT WE ARE DEAD FOR A VERY LONG TIME.

So with this in mind, I wanted  to live as many days of our lives as possible, in the best environment I could find and Afford.
