There's 14 kilometres of continual beach.
In the first photo, where it sweeps around to the left, that is the mouth of the Burrum river. We back onto the Isis river which runs into the Burrum, and also the Gregory and Cherwell rivers run into the Burrum. On the southern side of this outlet, is Hervey bay and Burrum heads.
Within a 30 minute radius, there are 7 rivers in this area.
16 main creeks run into our river, so God knows how many in total in the Bundaberg Hervey bay area.
Water was one of our concerns when we lived at Withcott, always running out. Fixed that problem.
