Hi Rodney, which of the females did you get? We are getting the mahogany with the white strip with little white around nose, mouth and chin.. can't wait.. My mum is coming up from Melb on 16 Dec and she is going to bring her up...I agree Qld needs more up here Very Happy
Our male "Bruce" is a little rough with things smaller than him, but we think he will be ok..

It is probably just the luck of the draw where pups end up, because more than half of ours end up in Victoria.
We would have been able to help you with a pup Elaine, but as we talked about on the phone, Your Bruce is a full brother to our Ruby with the current litter of pups, thats why we suggested you grab a pup from Peter and Tricia.
It has more to do with speading the lines around, then not being able to get a pup from your own state.  With Bruce having King as his father and Bronco as his Grandfather, we thought that a Warra pup would be ideal back to him.

I agree with Noel - it's good to spread the lines out over the country.  I keep complaining about not having enough liver gene down this way!   Wink

Hi Noel, I agree, and thats why we went with Warra, as you all know I have being, doing Bruce's ancestry, (with the great help of you all) and spreading the lines around is what we hope to do.
My uncle and auntie (from Goodna, Qld) have Warra Queenie and Kaslida Uprince, and my cousin (from Darra, Qld) has Shonobul Boo and they are asked if Bruce could stud both females. So between the 3 of us there should be good lines to go around and great aussies in the making.
With Ruby's pups it shows you have another great generation of pups. Smile
We should be getting our female Dec 16, so excited.. Very Happy and look forward to the next Qld funday to meet...

Hi Elaine we are getting the Pied girl and our cousin is getting the other mahoghany girl. The Pied girl will for our daughter's birthday present. Then we will all have our own dog.

From looking at the topics(dogs) on the Forum it seems that there is a really good spread of all dogs right across the country which can only help the breeding lines in the future.

Hi Rodney,

Love the pics, yeah there hasn't been to many nice days up here as late.

We are getting our girl for our xmas pressie for Matt and I, and we gave Bruce to our son for his bday last year he loved it.  Your daughter must be excited?

Your cousin's is a good looking girl, she was our first pick.
look forward to meeting you at the next funday if you go, so the girls can catch up... is Cedarcreek near the Goldcoast?

Hi yes will catch up at the next fun day, Cedar Creek is at the base of tambourine mountain which is on the way to the gold coast. Turn inland at Yatala Pies Smile

Have you recieved any new pic's of the babies yet?

Yes the other red girl was a stunner, we nearly consider the pied boy that william had as well, but he was going to keep that one himself.
