Hey folks, were back.Ben had a outstanding championships, he swam 6 races with 5 of them setting personal bests.He's come home with 1 Gold, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze.Were very tired but its great to be home, thanks Joe

It's one thing to win medals but to set 5 pb's is outstanding. It's hard work to perform to your absolute best under so much pressure & setting new pb's is quite an achievement.
