Dakota had her first trip to the beach today.

It was a beautiful 21 degrees day with an on shore wind which makes perfect beach conditions.

She had a ball. Tried eating everything the jelly fish, the seaweed and the sand.

HI Tammy,
I always enjoy looking at your photos you seem to always have a knack of taking great shots , do you mind telling me what camera you use. As I,m planning on buying one soon, I use to have a panasonic lumix but diet coke leaked in my bag and of course the camera came off second best.
Your dogs are great, so much character, happy birthday to your boy!!
cheers

Thanks Karen,

My other half is always telling me I take way to many photos. I don't leave home without my camera.

Most of my photos are from my Pentax Optio WPi digtal camera. I also have a still camera which is Pentax also but it is much harder to lug around.

My Camera has 3 optical zoom and is a 6 megapixel camera. But bare in mind unless you are going to enlarge your photos you really don't need any bigger then a 6 megapixel. Alot of people get sucked into the whole megapixel thing.

My camera is also water proof (the first water proof camera ever to hit the market in the world), which is great for when I go jet skiing. I always catch the action in the water.

Just a word of advice when buying a camera you should always purchase Pentax, Nikon or Canon. These three brands are the experts in cameras!!! They didn't try and jump onto the digtal camera band wagon after the fact and they know their stuff.
